David Crockett

David was a founding partner of Aspen Ventures in 1991. From 1987 until 1991, he was a Vice President at 3i Ventures and, prior to this, he spent twenty-six years in the computer industry. As President/CEO of Pyramid Technology, he took the company public. As President/CEO of Dataquest, he built the company into the world's largest technology market research firm. Previously, David was Computer Strategy Manager and Director of Computer Research and Development for Hewlett-Packard.

Helen R.S. MacKenzie

Helen co-founded Co-Capital in January 2002 to provide advisory services to limited and general partners of private equity firms and individual portfolio companies. Prior to Co-Capital, Helen worked with multiple venture capital firms, most recently as a Managing Director of SOFTBANK Technology Ventures. Prior to starting in the venture business, Helen had been a Vice President at Bank of America managing corporate lending unit in the Silicon Valley or assessing bank and banker portfolio risk.

Rick Ludlow

Rick Ludlow brings over 22 years of executive management experience to ViewCentral. As President and CEO, Rick is responsible for leading the company's growth through product expansion, market development, business alliances and direct and indirect sales.

Throughout his career, Rick has built worldwide organizations in sales, marketing, business development, partners & alliances, operations and finance in both early-stage and multi-national corporations. In addition, Rick's experience includes participation in several successful mergers, acquisitions and IPOs.

Rick was held senior executive management positions with companies including Supplybase (acquired by I2), VeriFone (acquired by Hewlett-Packard) and Premenos (acquired by Peregrine).

Terry Lydon
Vice President, Services and Co-Founder

Terry Lydon has more than 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley's computer and software industries. As a ViewCentral co-founder and Vice President of Services, Terry is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through services including technical support, professional services and education.

Previously, Terry was Vice President of Services at Brio Technology, where he was responsible for building and directing both the educational services and technical support organizations. Before that, Terry held senior technical positions with Aurum Software, Celerity Computing, Apollo Computing and Prime Computing.
