Rainmaker Signs New Fortune 500 Client for Contract Sales Program
New Client Extends Rainmaker's Leadership in Facilitating Sales Through Channel Partners

Campbell, Calif. – November 6, 2007 – Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions combining hosted application software and execution services, today announced it has been selected to deploy a hosted Channel Contract Sales program for a global-leading manufacturer of desktop and notebook computers.

Under the terms of the new agreement, Rainmaker will assist the Client in facilitating sales activities associated with renewing and attaching Post Warranty Services, upgrades in service level coverage (accidental damages) and net new support of the Client's Live Expert Support program sold by selected Resale Channel participants (companies through which the Client sells products and services to end-user customers) throughout North America.

Utilizing its proprietary hosted technology, Rainmaker will deploy its Revenue Delivery Platform to provide indirect sales and marketing activities for the client including: data management, direct marketing, training, reporting and associated business support services for the program.

Rainmaker will also deploy a Client-branded portal for Resale Channel participants and will provide user training via its ViewCentral™ hosted technology for Client's participating Resale Channel participants and employees.
