Rainmaker Expands Relationship with its Fortune 50 Hardware |

Campbell, Calif. – June 19, 2007 – Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions combining hosted application software and execution services, today announced that the current agreement with its Fortune 50 Hardware Client has been expanded to include a comprehensive resale channel contract sales solution supported by Rainmaker's hosted technology. Rainmaker has supported renewals for this global leader since 2000, and in 2006, the Master Service Agreement with this Client was extended and expanded into 2010 to include a portion of their major accounts business segment. In March 2007, this Client also extended its existing agreement for lead development services for an additional 18-month term. Under the terms of the new amended agreement, Rainmaker will assist the Client in facilitating sales activities associated with renewing and attaching Post Warranty services for the Client's products sold by selected Resale Channel participants throughout North America. The Resale Channel participants will include resellers with large volume agreements with this Client. Rainmaker will provide data management, direct marketing, training, reporting, and associated business support services for the program. Rainmaker will also deploy its Client-branded portal technology for Resale Channel participants to review data regarding customer information, warranty expirations, and service options, and will provide user training via its ViewCentral(TM) hosted technology for the Client's employees and Resale Channel participants in its rollout.
